The Righteous Judge of all the earth,
The God of all flesh,
The Father of mercies,
The Lord strong and mighty in battle.

OPENING PROCLAMATION

Let the Court be seated.
Let the Books be opened.
Let the heavenly record speak.
Let the blood of Yeshua HaMashiach testify.
Let the voice of mercy prevail over judgment.
Let the counsel of the Lord stand.
Let every stranger be silenced.
Let every unlawful occupier be summoned before the Throne of divine justice.
O Ancient of Days, Righteous Judge, I appear before Your holy court not in my own righteousness, not by human merit, not by works of the flesh, but by the blood of Yeshua HaMashiach, the Mediator of the New Covenant, who ever lives to make intercession for me.
I come with holy reverence.
I come with covenant confidence.
I come by divine invitation.
I come according to Hebrews 4:16, that I may come boldly unto the throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
I come according to Hebrews 10:19, having boldness to enter by the blood of Jesus.
I come according to Revelation 12:11, overcoming by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of my testimony.
Father, today I present an official appeal for the total removal, expulsion, and divine judgment against every physical parasite, every afflicting biological invader, every unlawful infirmity, and every spiritual oppression, intrusion, attachment, or parasitic influence assigned against my life, health, peace, strength, destiny, and covenant purpose.

COVENANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Righteous Judge, I acknowledge that:
You are the Lord my Healer.
You are the God who made heaven and earth.
You are the Creator of my body, my soul, and my spirit.
You know my frame and remember that I am dust.
My times are in Your hand.
My body belongs to You.
My breath belongs to You.
My health belongs to You.
My life is hidden with Christ in God.
I declare before this Court that my body is not the property of darkness.
My mind is not the property of confusion.
My blood is not the property of affliction.
My organs are not the dwelling place of strangers.
My destiny is not a feeding ground for devourers.
My life is not available for unlawful occupation.
According to 1 Corinthians 6:19–20, my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.
According to Psalm 139:14, I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
According to Isaiah 53:5, by His stripes I am healed.
According to 3 John 1:2, I pray that I prosper and be in health, even as my soul prospers.
According to Psalm 107:20, You sent Your word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions.
Therefore, I stand upon covenant grounds and present this case.

CONFESSION AND CLEANSING BEFORE THE COURT
O Righteous Judge, before I proceed with my petition, I ask for mercy.
If there is any sin, known or unknown, that gives the enemy accusation, I plead the blood of Yeshua.
If there is any transgression, omission, error, ignorance, fear, unbelief, bitterness, defilement, or agreement with darkness in any form, I ask for mercy.
If there are words I have spoken against myself, against my body, against my future, or against Your will, let mercy speak.
If there are ancestral patterns, inherited weaknesses, cycles of affliction, or household patterns that have created a landing place for oppression, let the blood of Yeshua answer them.
I renounce every agreement with darkness.
I renounce every covenant not planted by God.
I renounce every word curse, evil decree, and self-destructive confession.
I renounce fear, despair, torment, hopelessness, and every agreement with death and affliction.
Let every accusation against me be silenced by the blood of the Lamb.
Let every legal demand of darkness be revoked by the cross.
Let every handwriting contrary to me be blotted out, according to Colossians 2:14.
Let mercy override judgment.
Let redemption swallow accusation.
Let the blood speak better things over my life.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Ancient of Days, I bring before this Court a formal petition against two categories of affliction:
1. PHYSICAL PARASITES AND BODILY AFFLICTIONS
I bring before this Court every physical parasite, every biological invader, every organism, infection, contamination, infestation, hidden affliction, and unlawful presence in the body that has attached itself to my system, whether known or unknown, seen or unseen, diagnosed or undiagnosed.
I place before this Court:
every parasite in the blood,
every parasite in the digestive system,
every parasite in the tissues,
every parasite affecting strength,
every affliction draining vitality,
every invisible thing feeding on health,
every infirmity operating as a devourer in my body.
Righteous Judge, if anything physical is present in my body that should not be there, let it be exposed, judged, removed, and brought under divine eradication.
2. SPIRITUAL PARASITES, OPPRESSIVE ATTACHMENTS, AND PARASITIC INFLUENCES
I also bring before this Court every oppressive spiritual influence that behaves like a parasite—draining peace, feeding on fear, magnifying torment, weakening clarity, attaching itself to patterns of affliction, and seeking unlawful habitation in my inner life.
I present before this Court:
every oppressive attachment,
every draining influence,
every tormenting pattern,
every recurring spiritual assault,
every consuming heaviness,
every unclean intrusion,
every devouring voice of fear, confusion, despair, exhaustion, and disorder.
Let every such influence be identified as an unlawful occupier.
Let every parasitic oppression be declared trespassing.
Let every invader of peace be marked for removal.
LEGAL ARGUMENT BEFORE THE THRONE
Righteous Judge, I submit the following legal grounds before this Court:
A. BY CREATION RIGHT
You created me. Therefore no unlawful invader has superior claim over what You formed.
According to Psalm 24:1, the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof.
I belong to You; therefore nothing contrary to Your will has the right to remain in me.
B. BY REDEMPTIVE RIGHT
Yeshua purchased my life by His blood.
According to 1 Peter 1:18–19, I was redeemed with the precious blood of Christ.
Therefore every affliction claiming ownership over my body, soul, or spirit is in violation of redemption.
C. BY TEMPLE RIGHT
According to 1 Corinthians 6:19, my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.
Therefore every physical parasite and every oppressive influence that seeks habitation stands in contempt of divine order.
D. BY HEALING COVENANT
According to Exodus 15:26, You are the Lord that healeth me.
According to Jeremiah 30:17, You restore health and heal wounds.
According to Malachi 4:2, the Sun of righteousness arises with healing in His wings.
Therefore I request enforcement of the covenant of healing over every area of my life.
E. BY AUTHORITY OVER THE POWER OF THE ENEMY
According to Luke 10:19, You have given authority over all the power of the enemy.
Therefore every oppressing force, every tormenting presence, every draining influence, and every spiritually parasitic operation must yield to the authority of Christ.
F. BY THE WORD OF GOD
Your word cannot fail.
You are not a man that You should lie.
Heaven and earth may pass away, but Your word remains forever.
If Your word says healing is available, deliverance is available, peace is available, and restoration is available, then let the Court enforce what Your word has established.
SPECIFIC PETITION FOR DIVINE JUDGMENT AND REMOVAL
O Righteous Judge, I respectfully request the following verdicts:
VERDICT 1: EXPOSURE
Let every physical parasite, biological invader, hidden affliction, and draining condition be exposed by the light of God.
Let every hidden thing be brought into the open.
Let nothing remain covered that is working against my health.
If there is anything present in my body that is not of Your planting, let it be revealed and addressed.
VERDICT 2: EVICTION
Let every unlawful occupier be evicted.
Let every physical parasite lose residence.
Let every oppressive spiritual attachment lose habitation.
Let every devourer be driven out.
Let every stranger hear the verdict of the Court and depart trembling from their hiding places.
VERDICT 3: REVOCATION OF ACCESS
Let every gate, door, opening, vulnerability, and point of access used by affliction be shut by the blood of Yeshua.
Let every cycle that allowed recurring oppression be broken.
Let every path of re-entry be sealed.
Let every old altar of infirmity be overturned.
Let every feeding ground be destroyed.
VERDICT 4: DESTRUCTION OF HABITATION
Father, destroy the habitation of every devourer.
Destroy the resting place of every oppressive influence.
Destroy the nest of affliction.
Destroy the root system of recurring attacks.
Destroy the atmosphere that sustains torment.
Destroy the platform on which infirmity stands.
Let every parasite lose its environment.
Let every devouring influence lose its support system.
Let every hidden habitation be consumed by the fire of God.
VERDICT 5: PURGING AND CLEANSING
Let the blood of Yeshua speak cleansing over:
my blood,
my bones,
my organs,
my digestive system,
my nervous system,
my hormones,
my sleep,
my appetite,
my mind,
my emotions,
my will,
my memory,
my spiritual atmosphere.
Let every contamination be purged.
Let every impurity be flushed out.
Let every toxic spiritual residue be removed.
Let every yoke of affliction be dissolved.
VERDICT 6: DIVINE HEALING
Let healing flow through every chamber of my body.
Let Your healing virtue move from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet.
Let what has been consumed be restored.
Let what has been inflamed be calmed.
Let what has been weakened be strengthened.
Let what has been attacked be repaired.
Let what has been drained be replenished.
VERDICT 7: PEACE AND ORDER
Let peace be restored to my body.
Let peace be restored to my mind.
Let peace be restored to my home.
Let peace be restored to my sleep.
Let confusion be judged.
Let disorder be judged.
Let fear be judged.
Let panic be judged.
Let torment be judged.
VERDICT 8: DIVINE WISDOM AND PROPER CARE
Righteous Judge, where physical matters require proper medical attention, wise diagnosis, and rightful treatment, order my steps into truth, wisdom, and help.
Let me not walk in ignorance concerning my body.
Let every needed answer come forth.
Let every correct intervention be made available.
Let there be no delay in help, no confusion in treatment, and no obstruction in healing.
PRAYER OF ENFORCEMENT
By the blood of Yeshua HaMashiach, I enforce the verdict of Heaven.
I command every physical parasite to loose its hold and depart.
I command every biological affliction to come under divine judgment.
I command every unlawful invader in the body to be exposed, weakened, removed, and rendered powerless.
I command every oppressive spiritual influence, every draining attachment, every parasitic force of heaviness, torment, fear, and affliction to leave my life in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach.
I forbid re-entry.
I forbid reattachment.
I forbid reinforcement.
I forbid continuation.
I forbid habitation.
I declare that my body will not host destruction.
My soul will not host torment.
My spirit will not host darkness.
My blood will not nourish affliction.
My mind will not feed fear.
My destiny will not sustain devourers.
Let the fire of God pass through every room of my being.
Let the wind of God blow out every stranger.
Let the sword of the Lord cut off every unlawful attachment.
Let the hand of the Lord uproot every planting He did not plant.
Let the voice of the Lord thunder against every devourer.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS BEFORE THE COURT
I declare:
Every parasite, physical or spiritual, assigned against me is under judgment.
Every devourer of health is denied continuation.
Every affliction feeding on my strength is cut off.
Every influence feeding on my peace is cast down.
Every hidden invader is exposed.
Every draining operation is terminated.
Every unlawful habitation is dismantled.
Every parasitic cycle is broken.
Every strange burden is lifted.
Every oppressive atmosphere is scattered.
Every attack against my body is overturned.
Every assault against my mind is cancelled.
Every siege against my peace is broken.
Every enemy of divine health is brought low.
I shall not be consumed.

APPEAL FOR ANGELIC ASSISTANCE
Father, according to Psalm 91 and Hebrews 1:14, release ministering angels concerning me.
Let angels of protection stand watch over my body and dwelling place.
Let angels of healing minister according to Your will.
Let angels of war drive back every oppressing force.
Let angels of cleansing assist in the enforcement of Heaven’s verdict.
Let every evil traffic around my life be interrupted.
Let every messenger of affliction be turned back.
THANKSGIVING BEFORE THE VERDICT MANIFESTS
Righteous Judge, I thank You because You hear prayer.
I thank You because mercy triumphs over judgment.
I thank You because the blood still speaks.
I thank You because nothing is too hard for You.
I thank You because healing belongs to You.
I thank You because deliverance belongs to You.
I thank You because restoration belongs to You.
I thank You in advance for:
exposure,
removal,
cleansing,
healing,
peace,
restoration,
and total freedom.
I praise You because You are faithful.
I bless You because You are good.
I honor You because You are righteous.
I magnify You because all things are possible with God.
FINAL SEAL OF THE PETITION
