Opening of Court

Righteous Father, Judge of all, I come boldly before Your throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). I come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, to God the Judge of all, to Jesus the Mediator of the New Covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:22–24).
I come not on my own merit, but through the finished work of Jesus Christ, my Advocate with the Father (1 John 2:1). I ask that this court be seated and the books be opened (Daniel 7:10).

Nature of This Appeal
This is a class action appeal. I stand not only for myself but on behalf of my household, my ancestors whose choices opened doors, my descendants who were dedicated without their consent, and every member of my bloodline bound by the same covenants. Where one covenant bound many, let one verdict free many.
Statement of Charges
I acknowledge before this court that the accuser has brought these claims against us:
Blood rituals and blood covenants. These are covenants sealed with human or animal blood, by ancestors or by us, knowingly or unknowingly. They include blood oaths, blood sacrifices at family shrines, blood spilled on altars, and blood drawn in initiations.
Sexual covenants. These are covenants formed through fornication, adultery, ritual sex, spirit spouse marriages, dream defilement, sexual initiations, and soul ties with agents of darkness.
Money rituals and covenants. These are covenants made for wealth, protection, fame, or survival, where lives, destinies, wombs, health, marriages, or future generations were pledged as payment.
Repentance and Confession
Father, I do not come to deny the charges. I agree with my adversary quickly (Matthew 5:25). I confess the sins of my fathers and my own sins (Leviticus 26:40–42; Nehemiah 1:6). Every covenant cut, every oath sworn, every blood shed, every body defiled, and every destiny traded for money, I acknowledge as sin before You. I repent fully. I renounce every one of these covenants, and I withdraw my consent and the consent given on my behalf.
Grounds of Appeal
I appeal the claims of the accuser on these grounds:
Ground One: A Superior Blood Has Spoken. The blood of Jesus speaks better things (Hebrews 12:24). No blood shed on any altar can outrank the blood of the Lamb. Every blood covenant is overruled by the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant (Hebrews 13:20).
Ground Two: The Handwriting Has Been Blotted Out. Jesus blotted out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us and nailed it to His cross (Colossians 2:14). Every written, spoken, and sealed agreement is cancelled.
Ground Three: The Covenant with Death Is Annulled. Your Word declares that our covenant with death shall be disannulled and our agreement with hell shall not stand (Isaiah 28:18).
Ground Four: I Have Been Bought with a Price. My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. I am not my own, for I was bought with a price (1 Corinthians 6:19–20). No sexual covenant can claim what Christ has purchased. I am joined to the Lord and one spirit with Him (1 Corinthians 6:17).
Ground Five: The Curse Has Been Borne. Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us (Galatians 3:13). Every curse attached to a broken covenant has been absorbed by the cross.
Ground Six: The Children Shall Not Bear the Iniquity of the Fathers. The soul that sins shall die, and the son shall not bear the iniquity of the father (Ezekiel 18:20; Jeremiah 31:29–30). Covenants made by ancestors cannot lawfully bind descendants who have come under the New Covenant.
Ground Seven: Consent Was Not Valid. Many of these covenants were made in ignorance, under deception, under coercion, or when we were infants and unable to consent. A covenant obtained by fraud is void before a righteous court.
Ground Eight: I Am a New Creation. If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away (2 Corinthians 5:17). The person who entered those covenants is dead, crucified with Christ (Galatians 2:20).
Ground Nine: The Blessing of the Lord Adds No Sorrow. The blessing of the Lord makes rich and adds no sorrow with it (Proverbs 10:22). It is God who gives power to get wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18). I renounce every wealth that came through a dark altar, and I receive provision from my Father alone.Petition for Relief
On these grounds, I ask this Honourable Court to grant the following:
A decree of total separation from every blood covenant, sexual covenant, and money covenant binding me and my bloodline (2 Corinthians 6:17).
A divorce decree against every spirit spouse, spirit husband, and spirit wife, with all claims to my body, marriage, womb, and children cancelled.
A judgment that every altar speaking against us is silenced, and every priest ministering at those altars is judged (1 Kings 18:40; Judges 6:25–26).
Restitution of everything stolen as payment for these covenants: destinies, years, wealth, health, marriages, children, and glory (Joel 2:25; Proverbs 6:31).
A restraining order against every agent, spirit, and power that would return to enforce these covenants (Isaiah 54:17).
A sealing of this verdict by the blood of Jesus and its registration in the books of heaven (Daniel 7:26).
Declarations
Every blood speaking against me, be silenced by the blood of Jesus.
Every sexual covenant binding my body and destiny, break by fire.
Every money covenant that traded my life, my children, or my future, be dissolved now.
Every altar holding my name, my picture, my blood, my hair, or my garment, release them now in Jesus' name.
Every spirit spouse, I serve you a certificate of divorce from the Court of Heaven.
Every inherited covenant from my father's house and my mother's house, I renounce you and break you.
I come out from among them and I am separate. I touch no unclean thing, and the Lord receives me (2 Corinthians 6:17).
I overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony (Revelation 12:11).
Closing
Righteous Judge, I rest my case on the finished work of Jesus Christ. I receive Your verdict of separation, acquittal, and restoration for myself and for all represented in this appeal. Let the angels of the Lord enforce this judgment (Psalm 103:20). Let every adversary that stood in this court be dismissed in shame.
