From a biblical worldview, both ancient and modern underworld cults—whether in the form of ancient mystery religions, modern occult fraternities, or “secret” spiritual networks—share a common spiritual DNA.

1. They Bypass Yahuwah to Seek Hidden Knowledge

Like the serpent in Eden (Genesis 3:4–5), these groups reject the sufficiency of God’s revealed Word, chasing gnosis and “illumination” apart from the Creator.

• This is not harmless curiosity; it’s a spiritual exchange where truth is traded for deception (Romans 1:25).

• Such pursuits open spiritual gateways not to wisdom, but to bondage under powers hostile to the Kingdom of God.

2. They Make Covenants with Spiritual Entities Other than the Creator

Through oaths, rituals, and symbolic acts, they enter binding agreements in the spirit realm.

• These are not empty ceremonies—they empower demonic spirits connected to death and the grave.

• By covenant law in the unseen realm, these agreements create legal rights for those spirits to influence a person’s life, destiny, and even bloodline.

• Psalm 49:14–15 contrasts the fate of the ungodly—claimed by the grave—with the deliverance of the righteous: “God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave.”

3. They Bind Members in Fear-Based Loyalty

Such loyalty is enforced through secrecy, threats, and spiritual intimidation.

• Hebrews 2:14–15 declares that Yeshua died to “deliver those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”

• Yet these alliances reverse that freedom, chaining the soul to fear, shame, or retaliation.

4. They Oppose the Resurrection Power of God

All covenants with the realm of death have one ultimate aim: to oppose resurrection power and blessings that come from God.

• Philippians 3:10 speaks of “the power of His resurrection”—a force that raises dead things to life.

• Underworld alliances resist this by keeping individuals, families, and territories under a perpetual “death sentence”—not only physical death, but the death of visions, relationships, ministries, and divine purpose.

  1. RENOUNCE AND REJECT EVERY HIDDEN COVENANT

  Declare: “I break every hidden covenant made on my behalf knowingly or unknowingly!”

  2. INVOKE THE BLOOD OF JESUS

  • Hebrews 12:24 – The blood of Jesus speaks better things.
  • The blood cancels, revokes, erases, and delivers.

  3. ENGAGE VIOLENT PRAYER AND FASTING

  "From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force." – Matthew 11:12

  4. MAKE HOLY ALTARS OF DEDICATION

  • Raise a spiritual altar to God to silence evil altars.
  • Romans 12:1 – Present your body as a living sacrifice.

The Threefold Assignment of Death-Centered Covenants

1. Empower Demonic Spirits Connected to Death and the Grave

• Such covenants act like spiritual fuel for death spirits—entities whose domain is Sheol/Hades (Psalm 49:14; Isaiah 28:15, 18).

• These spirits are strengthened to enforce the agenda of the grave—whether it’s premature death, decay of destiny, or cycles of loss.

• In the spiritual realm, empowerment is not emotional—it is jurisdictional. A covenant literally authorizes these spirits to operate.

2. Create Legal Rights for Those Spirits to Influence a Person’s Life

• Satan’s kingdom operates on legal ground (Job 1:9–12; Zechariah 3:1–2).

• Oaths, blood rituals, or even verbal agreements function like signed contracts, granting access points to demonic powers.

• This influence can manifest in:

  • Chronic patterns of failure

  • Generational tragedies

  • Inexplicable financial drain

  • Spiritual dullness or resistance to God’s voice

3. Oppose Resurrection Power and Blessings that Come from God

• Resurrection power is the ultimate signature of Yahuwah’s Kingdom (John 11:25; Philippians 3:10).

• Any death covenant is a counter-resurrection mandate—its goal is to ensure that what God intends to rise, stays buried.

• This can include:

  • Suppressing the birth of God-given visions

  • Killing ministries in their early stages

  • Withholding the fruitfulness of divine promise
