OPENING ADDRESS (JURISDICTION)

Righteous Judge, I acknowledge Your throne of judgment, established in righteousness and truth. I come—not by emotion, not by fear—but by legal access, through the Blood of Yeshua HaMashiach, which speaks better things than Abel.

 “Let us come boldly to the throne of grace.” — Hebrews 4:16

Before approaching the Court of Heaven, it is vital to cleanse yourself of any sin or iniquity that may grant legal access to your spiritual troublers. Begin with heartfelt confession and repentance.

Prayer: If any known or unknown sin, iniquity, ignorance, ancestral error, or covenant violation has granted access to my life, I repent and plead the Blood of Yeshua. Let every accusation be silenced by the finished work of the Cross.

III. STATEMENT OF COMPLAINT

Righteous Judge, I present my case against my troublers, namely:

  • Any spiritual systems, networks, or codes enforcing affliction
  • Any altars, covenants, or decrees sponsoring delay, sorrow, or lack
  • Any voices or spirits declaring “never”—never married, never happy, never prosperous, never fulfilled
  • Any monitoring or enforcement powers assigned to resist my progress
  • Any patterned cycles of near-success and collapse

These have operated without Your authorization.

IV. LEGAL GROUNDS

I submit the following legal grounds for judgment:

  1. The Blood of Yeshua has redeemed me from every curse

  2. Every ordinance against me was nailed to the Cross

  3. No weapon formed against me has legal standing

  4. Affliction shall not rise the second time

  5. God justifies; no accusation can stand

V. PETITIONED RELIEF (REQUESTS)

Therefore, Righteous Judge, I humbly request:

  1. That every troubler of my life be summoned before Your court
     Daniel 7:9–10
  2. That every illegal verdict of “never” be overturned
  3. That every enforcing system, code, or altar lose authority immediately
  4. That every monitoring spirit be restrained and expelled
  5. That my destiny timeline be restored and accelerated
  6. That joy, covenant relationships, provision, and fulfillment be released without resistance
