In scripture, the body (“flesh”) represents:

What people call “flesh manipulation” is often:

  • Physical symptoms (medical or stress-related)
  • Heightened body awareness or anxiety
  • Spiritual interpretation of natural sensations
  • Sometimes spiritual oppression affecting peace or perception

The Bible does not teach that demons are reshaping or controlling your flesh at will.
Their primary operations are:

  • Deception

    Your body constantly produces sensations:

    • Nerve signals
    • Muscle tension

    • Circulation changes

    When your attention locks onto them, they feel intensified and unusual.

    The Bible does acknowledge real torment, but it defines it clearly.

    📖 Biblical understanding

    • The man in Gospel of Mark 5 was tormented (mind, behavior, distress)
    • Job experienced physical affliction during the Trials of Job
    • The woman in Gospel of Luke 13 had a “spirit of infirmity”

    • But it was not demons reshaping the flesh
